North Side Federal

GPD recently designed a beautifully landscaped and environmentally conscious parking lot in Andersonville. The lot is constructed from attractive, locally manufactured, permeable pavers that will save nearly 70,000 gallons of rain water per year from flowing into the city's storm sewer. The energy efficient LED lighting provides security and signage lighting, and consumes just 195 watts. TerraFence, composed of reclaimed plastic and wheat straw, lines the perimeter and is practically maintenance free. Finally, the indigenous landscaping is not only beautiful, but hardy and drought resistant.
