This is our third home collaboration with these clients.

The first 2 projects were vintage homes, with updated twists to meet the needs of a growing family with young children.

This latest partnership hosts new territory with a retro/euro/contemporary town home.

The entry level has an open floorplan giving home to kitchen, living room, dining room.

We’ve kept mostly the same layout, with a few modifications; we’ve moved and replaced a centrally located fireplace to a corner, bumped out the kitchen footprint slightly and have opened up another kitchen wall to include visuals into the dining space.

We are refinishing the entire space with new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting…

Check in again, soon for more progress!

This fireplace renovation was requested to "dress up" the existing situation. The trims and finishes didn't have the visual importance or weight the clients desired--we designed the new wood surround with metal tile inlays, added an enlarged stone slab hearth and 3x3 tiles with a subtle, yet lively galze. Finishing touches will include new textured wallcovering on the chimney breast above the mantle and

re-hanging of art...stay tuned for the completed look!
